Information We Collect#

A. Information Collected from Website Visitors (www.eazo.in)

Usage Data

IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits.

Cookies & Tracking

Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience.

Contact Information

If you fill out a "Contact Us" form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your message.

B. Information Collected from Customers (via Eazo Customer App)

Personal Identification

Name, mobile number, and email address.

Service Delivery Details

Complete postal address, geolocation data (to facilitate accurate bookings), and home details necessary for the service.

Transaction Data

Booking history, service preferences, ratings/reviews, and payment transaction details (Note: We use secure third-party payment gateways; Eazo does not store your complete credit/debit card numbers).

C. Information Collected from Service Partners / Maids (via Eazo Partner App)

Personal & Contact Information

Name, mobile number, address, and photographs.

KYC & Verification Data

Government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card), Society Card, background check information, and references.

Financial Information

Bank account details or UPI ID for processing payouts.

Location Data

Real-time GPS location when the app is active or running in the background (used to assign nearby jobs, track arrival times for the customer, and ensure safety).

How We Use Your Information#

For All Users

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Platform.
  • To resolve technical issues and respond to customer support requests.
  • To communicate updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

For Customers

  • To schedule and fulfill domestic services (cleaning, cooking, etc.).
  • To share your address details with the assigned Service Partner to execute the booking.
  • To process payments and refunds.

For Service Partners (Maids)

  • To verify your identity, conduct background checks, and assess your suitability for the platform.
  • To connect you with nearby Customers seeking services.
  • To process your earnings and transfer payouts to your bank account.
  • To display a limited profile (such as your first name, photo, and ratings) to the Customer you are assigned to.

How We Share Your Information#

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information under the following circumstances:

Between Users

  • We share necessary information between Customers and Service Partners to fulfill a booking (e.g., the Customer receives the Partner's name and ETA; the Partner receives the Customer's address and required service details).

Third-Party Service Providers

  • We may share data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our platform, such as payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU), SMS/WhatsApp communication APIs, cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and KYC/background verification agencies.

Legal Compliance

  • We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Eazo, our users, or the public.

Data Retention and Security#

Security

  • We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Retention

  • We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in India.

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction

Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account. However, doing so means you will no longer be able to use Eazo's services.

Erasure

Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements (e.g., maintaining transaction records for tax purposes).

Data Deletion#

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data from Eazo's systems. We are committed to processing all deletion requests promptly and transparently.

How to Request Data Deletion

  • Send an email to info@eazo.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include your registered name, mobile number, and a brief reason for the request.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 48 hours of verification.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile, personal identification details, address, and service preferences.
  • Any saved payment method references linked to your account.
  • Location history and geolocation data stored against your account.

Exceptions — Data We May Retain

  • Transaction records, invoices, and booking history may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with applicable Indian tax and financial regulations.
  • Information required to resolve active disputes or pending legal proceedings will be retained until resolution.
  • Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you personally may be retained for analytics purposes.
